Tim Riley is an Anglo-American who has lived in France for many years. His work can be seen in private collections in both the United States and in Europe as well as in the collections of the Ministère de la Culture in Paris.

Tim is a contemporary artist in the sense that he is alive and working now. He does not always choose to work in the "contemporary" style, rather he creates in the way which he considers to be the most appropriate for the expression of his ideas, whether it originated in prehistoric times or in the Twenty-First century. Tim believes that as long as this work interests people today it belongs to modern times. So he uses a wide variety of materials such as clay, plaster, wax, wood, stone, bronze and plastic to do this as well as possible.

The success of this endeavour I will leave you to judge for yourselves.
